Cute Twilight Face (it moves a little)

Saw this face watching PONIES the Anthology II during the Day Man part, was all DDAAAWWWW

Up north, rainy day, good thing I brought my laptop.

Continued to rain after I got this done. so took a shot at hair movement... wasn't amazing so i made the eyes twinkle as well.
